Before running a single ad, we audited Millstream's booking systems, cleaned up channel manager configuration, ensured tracking was accurate, and optimised the booking engine for conversion. The demand was coming. We needed to make sure it wasn't leaking away.

We launched experience-led content across social and Google - reels showing real moments at the farm, fly-fishing conditions, seasonal storytelling. Paid campaigns captured brand-intent searches and retargeted engaged visitors. Every piece of content was aligned to direct bookings, not just reach.

Phase 2 · Demand

As direct booking share grew, we guided pricing strategy to increase ADR on peak periods and improve RevPAR across the year. Monthly reporting gave the owners clarity on what was working - and what to do next.
